We typically wash any siding material with low pressure and allow the solution to do the cleaning, as opposed to utilizing high pressure for house pressure washing. We take the same approach with roofs, since high pressure can destroy a roof very quickly. With our low pressure applications, the pressure is equivalent to that of a garden hose. This produces a much cleaner property, a deeper longer lasting clean, and a very satisfied customer.

High pressure is typically reserved for concrete driveways, patios, brick pavers, and sidewalks. For these jobs we pretreat the concrete, then use our specialty surface cleaners. These operate at much higher pressure and can remove decades  of dirt, algae, and mold.
