2025 Year In Review

House washing being done on a house in Belgium, WI on the shores of Lake Michigan in 2025.

Thank You For An Incredible Year

As we reflect on 2025, the first thing we want to say is thank you. We are incredibly grateful for the trust our customers place in Vista Pro Exterior Cleaning. From longtime repeat clients to homeowners and property managers who gave us a chance for the first time this year, your support is what makes our work possible.

2025 was our best year yet. Not just in terms of growth, but in the quality of projects we completed, the relationships we built, and the standards we continued to raise across every service we offer. Because of that momentum, we are already planning for expansion in 2026, including the addition of another truck and more techs to better serve our growing customer base while maintaining the level of detail and care we are known for.

Below are just some highlights from projects completed throughout 2025 across Ozaukee County, Milwaukee County, Sheboygan County, and beyond.

Brick Paver Cleaning and Restoration

River Hills, Bayside, Cedarburg, Wauwatosa

Brick pavers were a major focus throughout the season. Many of these surfaces had years of organic buildup, joint discoloration, and overall dullness from algae and mildew. Through proper pre-treatment, controlled surface cleaning, and thorough rinsing, we were able to restore the natural color and character of these pavers without damaging the joints or surrounding landscaping.

These projects are a great example of how the right process makes all the difference. Brick pavers should never be aggressively pressure washed. Every job begins with surface evaluation and test spots to ensure consistent results.

Check out that patio on that was taken in Bayside! That was one of our most enjoyable jobs of the year as everything from the pavers to the walls looked like it was completely restored to its original condition after many decades of neglect.

Bluestone and Lannon Stone Cleaning

River Hills, West Bend

Natural stone surfaces like bluestone require a careful approach. This project involved restoring a large patio area that had become heavily discolored over time. Using low-pressure techniques and specialized cleaners designed for stone, we were able to brighten the surface while preserving the integrity of the stone itself.

The transformation not only improved appearance but made the space far more inviting for outdoor use. Using too much pressure can chip and damage this type of stone and it is very costly to replace.

Lannon stone is one of the most common and most challenging materials found throughout southeastern Wisconsin. These projects included retaining walls, staircases, and walkways that had accumulated years of biological growth.

By using stone-safe cleaning methods, we were able to restore the natural color of the stone while avoiding damage or etching. These transformations are some of the most rewarding because of how dramatically they improve the landscape as a whole. Check out some of these 2025 jobs below.

Concrete Cleaning

Cedarburg, Wauwatosa, Kohler, Fredonia, Grafton

From residential driveways and walkways to commercial concrete with heavy buildup, concrete cleaning made up a significant portion of our work in 2025. These projects included standard oxidation removal, organic growth treatment, and in some cases, oil and grease removal.

One standout commercial project involved cleaning food grease and oil buildup in Kohler. Hot water equipment and years of experience allowed us to safely and effectively remove contamination that many companies simply cannot address with cold water systems.

Vinyl Siding House Washing

Cedarburg, Wauwatosa, Saukville, Whitefish Bay, Bayside, Fox Point

House washing remains one of the most important services we offer. This is probably our main service and we wash hundreds of homes per year. All throughout 2025, we cleaned countless homes with algae, mildew, and organic staining that had built up over time, especially on shaded elevations.

Using soft washing techniques, we were able to fully clean siding without the risks associated with high pressure. These before-and-after results highlight how much of a difference proper house washing can make, not only visually but in helping protect siding long-term.

Fabric Pergola and Wood Decking Cleaning

Fabric and specialty materials require a completely different approach than traditional siding or concrete. This pergola cleaning project involved restoring heavily soiled fabric panels without damaging the material. Careful chemical selection and low-pressure rinsing brought the structure back to life and completely changed the feel of the outdoor space.

We use special low pressure pumps, called booster pumps, that allow us to effectively clean this type of material without risking any damage like a pressure washed could.

Wood decks are a lot of work. Not only can the inexperienced totally destroy a deck, but the amount of labor involved can be seriously underestimated if never have attempted before. We have years of experience when taking on wood and composite decking jobs.

Roof Cleaning

Sheboygan, New Berlin

Roof cleaning is another major part of our services and it was no different in 2025. Not only can a dirty roof be unsightly to look at every time you come home or are outside, but it can also shorten the lifespan of the roof if neglected.

Black streaks can be eliminated almost instantaneously since they are a form of bacteria. Mold and lichens take a little bit of time to completely detach from the roof, but once properly treated, they are no harm to the roof and eventually come down.

As with all roof work, proper low pressure techniques are a must. In addition, we always make sure to employ professional safety methods when working in and around roofs.

Looking Ahead To 2026

As we head into 2026, our focus remains the same: do the job right, never cut corners, and treat every property with care and respect. With continued growth and plans to add another truck, we’re excited about what’s ahead while staying committed to the high standards that brought us here.

To every customer who trusted us with their home or property in 2025, thank you again. We look forward to serving you in the year ahead.
