1.) Do You Utilize Soft Washing?

We use both low pressure(soft washing) and high pressure depending on the particular job. For house washing and roof cleaning we will soft wash. These two services, especially roof cleaning, require low pressure and can do pretty extensive damage if high pressure is used.

For driveways, patios, sidewalks and other forms of concrete we use our high powered pressure washers. These surfaces can withstand a higher PSI.

2.) Do You Accept Credit Cards?

Yes, we accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash. After the job is complete, we email an invoice over and you are able to pay online.

3.) Do We Have To Be Present For The Job?

After the quote is accepted, we will send out a day of service document detailing the job. In that we state that we need access to an active spigot and the windows closed. As long as these two conditions are met you do not have to be present during the service as we bill after the job is complete.

4.) What Services Do You Offer?

We offer all forms of exterior cleaning and pressure washing for both residential and commercial properties. Our services include house washing, roof cleaning, driveway cleaning, patio cleaning, sidewalk cleaning, fence cleaning, deck cleaning, exterior window cleaning, and gutter cleaning.

We provide general cleaning and removal of organic material such as algae, dirt, mildew, moss, and lichens. We also provide speciality cleaning services such as rust removal, oil stain removal, and other inorganic staining.

5.) Do You Have Insurance?

We are properly insured up to 2 million and provide proof of insurance with every quote. We also have workman’s compensation for all of our employees.

6.) Can You Quote Without Scheduling An Appointment?

Yes, a lot of times we are able to provide a quote thanks to satellite imaging. This saves us time and money; these savings can result in a lower more efficient price for you as well.

7.) How Often Do You Recommend A House Wash?

With soft washing, the root cause is addressed and your home is left sparkling clean. Since the cause(algae, mildew, etc) was addressed and killed, the cleaning will last longer than pressure washing. Pressure washing is just blasting the top layer of the surface off, so the issues will come back much quicker.

8.) Can You Pressure Wash In The Rain?

Yes, we love washing in the rain. Unless there is lightning or it is a torrential downpour, we will wash in the rain and are properly equipped to do so.

The two things that will cause us to have to reschedule are lightning and high winds.

9.) What Are Those Black Streaks On My Roof?

Those black streaks are a form of bacteria called Gleopcapsa Magma. It is mainly a cosmetic issue and can be very unsightly.

The good thing about this issue is that they can be treated with a roof cleaning fairly quickly. By the time we leave your property your roof will be looking new again and all of the black streaks will be gone.

10.) How Long Does The Process Take?

Every house is different and there are various factors to consider. However, soft washing is a much more efficient cleaning and can be cleaned in a fraction of the time as traditional pressure washing. For a basic house wash approximately 2,000 sf, a job this size typically takes around two hours.

11.) Is The Service Safe For Plants and Pets?

Plant and property protection is extremely important to us. We look after every single property as if it were one of our own.

Our technicians are fully trained and we make sure to water plants and bushes before, during, and after service. Due to the dilution and heavy watering, when we leave your property, it is safe for pets to be outside again.

12.) What Is Included With A House Wash?

We offer three different house washing packages for you to choose from. The basic includes washing of the siding, trim, soffits, fascia, windows, and exterior gutters.

The middle package consists the basic package above plus the addition of the front stoop.

The top package includes everything mentioned plus the addition of streak free windows where we take a brush to the glass after the house is washed. This is our highest level of service and your house will look absolutely amazing afterwards with this package.

13.) Do You Take A Pressure Washer To The Roof?

Using a pressure washer on a roof can cause extensive and irreplaceable damage. Blasting away at shingles with high pressure is one of the worst things anyone can do to their roof.

The good news is roofs can be cleaned very effectively and safely if done correctly.

We follow the recommended guidelines set out by ARMA. Every roof we wash is applied with low pressure. We let the chemicals do the work and not the pressure.

Applying with low pressure will not damage your roof and the gentle application is safe for both asphalt and metal roofs. We have special dedicated equipment for roof cleaning that ensures a safe and thorough cleaning.

14.) What Areas Do You Service?

We live in Cedarburg close to Lakefield and Green Bay Rd. and our shop is located in Port Washington right off HWY 32. We service all of Ozaukee County as well as Milwaukee, Washington, and Sheboygan Counties.
