Vista Pro is excellent! We had them clean the siding, roof and back patio. They did a fantastic job, taking great care with the outside plantings, removing furniture from the porch and patio, and then putting it all back! Our patio hasn't looked this clean for years and when they put stuff back, they arranged it in such a nice way (it had not been, prior to the cleaning). 😀 They also did a thorough job on the siding and roof, in fact the owner came back the next morning to work on a stubborn roof spot that he'd been unable to get to his satisfaction the previous day. Now that is service!! We will definitely hire them again!

This is the 2nd time we’ve had Vista Pro do power washing for us. They did an entire fence for us that we were ready to replace, and made it look brand new! This time, they power washed our home and patio. The difference is amazing! They took such great care to protect items outside of our home as well. 10/10 would hire again!

Vista Pro did an excellent job cleaning our house. We have white siding that was starting to look a little grimy- and after Vista cleaning our house is sparkling! Their attention to detail was excellent- they taped up our outdoor outlets and even removed all the spiderwebs and outdoor debris from our front porch. I’d highly recommend adding windows to your cleaning as well- ours are sparkling! This was my first time having the outside of my house cleaned and it will definitely be in our maintence rotation moving forward. Very satisfied and highly recommend!

The Vista Pro team came and power washed our house when we were gone on a spring break trip. When we got back, it was like we arrived to a new home. The place looked amazing! So impressed with this company. I learned about it on NextDoor from a glowing review from another member. My roof is only 10 years old, but because so many pine trees surround my house, the shingles looked awful. I contacted Brandon, who was extremely responsive and helpful and came the next day and cleaned both my house roof and a very large garage roof. World of difference! If I could, I’d give him six stars. For a small price, he really improved the look of my roof.

Vista Pro Exterior cleaning was hired to treat the algae and moss growing on my roof and also clean my gutters. My house is roughly 3000 sq.ft. The algae is much improved and will completely resolve in time. Same with the algae. If all does not resolve, Brandon, the owner will come back and re-treat the stubborn areas. They arrived on time, did a beautiful job, (even my neighbors commented) and they also cleaned my windows as they were pretty clean when they started the job and wanted to leave them like they found them. They were spotless when they were done! No charge for windows and I have a lot of them. I was charged the price I was quoted, roughly $1100, the majority of which was the roof treatment. In a heartbeat, I would recommend them and hire them again.

We had our house, sidewalk and a retaining wall cleaned. The crew of two was meticulous and very professional. Their prices were more than fair for the amount of time they dedicated to the job. Needed to be rescheduled a couple times on my part and because of weather, but communication with Brandon couldn't have been any easier. We were required to have green moss on our roof removed to continue our homeowners insurance. The Vistapro Team was incredibly professional and easy to work with from scheduling, cost estimation and project completion. They arrived on the appointed day and were thorough both with the roof and with our gutters and soffits. I was not expecting the cleaning of the gutters and soffits and was pleasantly surprised as the whole exterior of the house now appears far superior than prior to Vistapro's service. The process of online invoicing and payment was ever so convenient. I would not hesitate to contact Vistapro for another project at our home. Thank you Vistapro Team!

The Vista Pro Team did an excellent job in cleaning our vinyl siding. We have had the siding and gutters for over 20 years. There was lots to clean off and they removed almost everything! The window trim looks brand new! I will definitely hire them again.

Excellent job at cleaning the house and sidewalk. i was disappointed that things they moved (plants, extension cords, hose) were not returned to the area that they were in prior to the cleaning. Example the hose was thrown back in a pile with knots and Knicks. A careless hassle that could have been avoided.

To all the busy moms and dad's reading this, maybe you tried power washing your own deck, patio, got the bucket and Mr. Clean sponges and tried scrubbing the black winter yuck off the siding and soffits...JUST HIRE BRANDON'S TEAM AT VISTA PRO!! Easy peasy providing my house info online. Brandon contacted me immediately to schedule appointment. Team arrived on time and just got right to it. Siding, soffits, porch, sidewalk, patios, WINDOWS, deck, propane tank, shed, and ALL patio furniture. Everything was stained, had that northern exposure black and green moss and mildew, now it is sparkly clean. Everything looks brand new! I simply love the work that was done, and at a very fair price. The team who came out, super friendly and professional. A++++!! HIGHLY recommend and will hire again.

the house cleaning was excellent, it got rid of years worth of mildew and mold on our siding. Looks like new!
Gave 4 stars because we had significant water that came in through our storm windows, so that even though we paid for the window cleaning package, we now have to manually clean the inside of all storm windows and also the outside of the main windows (not easy). Yes, there was a warning about this and I'm not blaming the workers, but I just didn't expect ~6 hours of work to come out of this cleaning. Also, front door which has withstood 23 years of weather with no issues, got warped / water damage during the cleaning and not doesn't shut properly. Again, not blaming anyone but people should be aware of possible side effects of the house cleaning. Ultimately it is worth it and I'd do it again.

Vista Pro did an incredible job on our house cleaning project. Brandon was very prompt with his communication from the start, and was able to get us on the calendar quickly. The cleaning made such a difference to our house. The thoroughness and attention to detail from Brandon and team were extremely impressive. We had a build up of moss on one section of our siding that was a giant eyesore and now you’d never know it was there. Our shutters were in bad shape - we thought we needed to paint or replace them, but Vista Pro made them look brand new. The entire house looks great and incredibly clean. Vista Pro did an amazing job on our roof. We had substantial algae and moss growth that needed to be removed. They cleaned our entire roof, cleaned all gutters and treated everything so it wouldn’t return. Brandon and his crew went above and beyond! The wind blew over our patio table and broke the glass. Brandon insisted on replacing it even though I said it was an accident and not necessary. I would highly recommend them for any roof and gutter cleaning.

Our house faces south...the north side is shaded by a half-dozen 70 ft. white spruce trees creating mold and mildew. The entire process was completed in two hours, including a final "walk around" proving the thoroughness of the "soft washing" process. No job seems too big for Vista Pro.

We bought a house in Sussex a year ago surrounded by trees. The roof was badly stained with black bacteria, moss, and God knows what else. Brandon and Crew came out yesterday to give it a cleaning. They did an absolute amazing job with their truck mounted low-pressure rig. The grass, bushes and other plants were all protected. Brandon even cleaned our skylights and now we look up and see clear sky. If your roof looks like mine did, call Vista Pro. You will be glad you did. See the before and after pictures I took. They don't show the whole house, but you can see the results. The whole roof looks this good.

We thought we needed a new roof but after having several roofing contractors look at it, we were told by all of them that it really just needed a few repairs and a good cleaning. The "good cleaning" part led us to find Vista Pro Exterior Cleaning. Brandon did an excellent job cleaning the roof and gutters, along with our concrete patio and concrete driveway. I called Brandon with a request for a quote to wash my house (brick and aluminum siding) and my front cement walk. He got back to me quickly with a quote and scheduled a day for the work to be done. On a scale of 1-10 I give Brandon and the Vista Pro team a 12! Our large concrete patio and front sidewalk had gotten so black over 10+ years I doubted they could be adequately cleaned. I contacted Brandon/Vista Pro in January via email. Immediately I had a reply, and then an estimate w/o visiting our home. We agreed to have him contact me when weather improved in the Spring. Sure enough there was a note from Brandon offering several dates to complete the work in April. I was just sure that when they saw our patio and sidewalk they would let us know they might not be able to get the concrete looking like new or would increase the cost of service. They never commented and they got all three surfaces looking completely new! No sign of algae or mold anywhere! The transformation is amazing! And the invoice at the end of the job was identical to the original estimate. We could not be happier and recommend their professional service without hesitation.

We just hired Vista Pro to clean the outside of our 1920's Milwaukee bungalow with original windows. Jeremy was super friendly and professional, he came and cleaned our windows and siding on a Saturday as a rush-job favor before we listed our house.
It turns out our old windows were stubborn, probably with some old oil-based glazing, and when they dried there were still streaking and spotting on some of them. I was worried I was going to have to get into an argument with someone that might result in my money going down the drain.
Instead of blaming the home's age and the older window materials, Jeremy was apologetic, didn't make any excuses, and came right back out the same day and rewashed every window, even the storm windows we had taken out and that didn't seem to need recleaning to my eyes.
Now our windows look better than they ever have and I can't stress enough how refreshing it was to deal with a contractor who went above and beyond to deliver on what they promised, when others might have just given me a partial discount and blamed the job.
Vista pro does an excellent job, Jeremy is very professional, and it's totally worth spending the extra dollar for the streak free window package-they will definitely deliver! Thanks again, Jeremy!
