Position: Tech Assistant
Position Overview
The Tech Assistant supports the Lead Technician in all aspects of exterior cleaning projects, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality service.
This role requires attention to detail, proactive communication, and a commitment to upholding Vista Pro Exterior Cleaningʼs high standards.
Primary Responsibilities
Assist the Lead Technician with tasks as needed to ensure smooth job execution.
- Capture before-and-after photos for documentation and customer records.
- Manage and organize hoses, assisting with setup and retrieval as required.
- Prepare job sites by taping off outlets, doorbells, security cameras, and utility meters to protect property.
- Place company yard signs before job completion to promote brand visibility. Distribute five-arounds at every job site to generate leads.
- Conduct a thorough post-job inspection to ensure all work is completed to company standards. If any areas require attention, immediately notify the Lead Technician.
- On commercial job sites, ensure safety by blocking off doorways and preventing pedestrian traffic in active cleaning zones.
- Perform exterior window cleaning when applicable, following company procedures for optimal results.
