Roof Cleaning Gallery
When cleaning a roof, applying with low pressure is a must. Using a pressure washer will damage and shorten the life span of a roof. The granules will be disturbed and major damage can be a possibility.
If your roof has black streaks, lichens, or mold, let us handle it by treating it with our bio-degradable solution. Your roof will look brand new and can save you from having to replace it prematurely. After applying, the organic material will turn white and die. Eventually the rains will help flush these down as they slowly detach from the roof. Once cleaned and treated, the lichens and moss can do no further harm to your roof.
Concrete(Pressure Washing) and Decking Gallery
Concrete can be difficult to treat without the proper equipment and chemicals. We use our high pressure surface cleaners to produce a great even, clean appearance. What can take almost a full day when using home owner’s equipment, can be accomplished in a fraction of the time with commercial grade equipment.
With decks, we use the pressure washer set to the proper psi. Too much pressure can wreak havoc on wood and too low of pressure can produce unsatisfactory results. Whether it is concrete, brick pavers, stone, wood decking, or composite decking, we utilize the proper tools to achieve incredible results. Deck cleaning may not first appear to be very challenging, but it is a learned skill and can be very physically challenging due to the amount of constantly bending.
