On the “General Information” step of the form, users are asked:
“Would it be okay for us to correspond with you via Text/SMS?”
The default selection is “NO.”
Users must actively select “YES” to provide consent to receive SMS text messages related to quotes, scheduling, service updates, and follow-up communication.

Users who leave the selection as “NO” do not receive SMS messages.
