A 1,500 square foot ranch and a 1,500 square foot two-story home can have meaningfully different exterior surfaces to clean, so square footage of the living area is a starting point, not a final answer.
Siding Type
Different siding materials require different approaches and can affect both time and chemical cost.
- Vinyl siding is the most common in our service area and the most straightforward to soft wash.
- Stained wood requires more careful attention and usually will require an in person quote.
- Aluminum siding is usually similar to vinyl
- Fiber cement siding such as HardiePlank is durable and typically pretty straight forward
- Brick and stucco can potentially be a little more challenging with extra labor and chemical cost
Package Selection

Deluxe House Wash

Ultimate House Wash
Everything in the Deluxe package, plus spotless window cleaning using a pure water fed brush system. Pure water window cleaning uses reverse osmosis purified water and leaves glass completely streak-free. Screens need to be removed from the inside before we arrive. This is Vista Pro’s most complete package and produces the most dramatic result.
Add-On Services
Most homeowners schedule add-on services alongside a house wash to save on a separate trip charge. Common additions include:

Pressure alone does not kill or remove this growth permanently. It pushes it around.
Soft washing uses low water pressure combined with professional-grade cleaning solutions that are applied to the siding surface and allowed to dwell before rinsing. The chemistry does the actual cleaning work. It kills biological growth at the root rather than blasting the surface, which means the results last significantly longer.
