Fall 2023 Pressure Washing
September is usually a pretty busy month for pressure washing. The kids have gone back to school and summer vacations have winded down.
A lot of people put their focus back on their property and want to have it looking great before winter sets in. Fall, especially September, is a great month to have some pressure washing and exterior cleaning done.
Commercial Pressure Washing in Kohler
Recently we were called out to a couple properties in Kohler to do some commercial washing. We cleaned a fair amount of concrete at The American Club, mainly the main entrance, sidewalks, and steps. We were also tasked to remove a bunch of rust throughout the property that was coming from their irrigation system.
Wow! What an absolute stunning property. Kohler is such a great little town and The American Club is a complete gem.
Cleaning Up The North Shore in September
We typically work in Fox Point, Bayside, Mequon, and the rest of the North Shore at least once or twice a week. If you’re in this area you’ve almost certainly seen one of our trucks or possibly even a yard sign standing in a customer’s yard.
We washed this house’s siding along with their front walkway. We felt that the siding turned out great but what really stood out are these pavers and stones!
These ended up looking just about brand new when we were done. We would have loved to have seen the look on their faces when they came home and were walking up to their front door!
This Bayside house had a bacteria called gleocapsa magma. It looks much scarier than it really is. A lot of times people do not even know that this can be cleaned and a new roof is not necessary.
With a low pressure treatment, these black streaks were removed fairly quickly. September is a great month for roof cleaning too; the temperatures and cooperative weather usually make it an ideal time of the year.
Ozaukee County Exterior Cleaning
Living in Cedarburg and having our shop in Port Washington, obviously we are going to have a lot of jobs in Ozaukee County.
We work in this area at least twice a week and work a lot in Cedarburg, Grafton, Port Washington, Saukville, and Mequon.
The owners of this house in Saukville were planning on staining their fence before winter set in. It was severely weathered and needed a great cleaning before staining. We washed this with lower pressure and just the right amount of chemicals to have this properly prepped for staining.
As you can see, this turned out incredible and looks like a completely new fence.
North sided houses in the woods can be especially tricky to keep clean. When the siding is constantly in the shade with little sunlight, organic growth can happen pretty quickly.
Not only did the siding at this Cedarburg house turn out well, but look at that canoe. From green to clean in an instant!
Summary
September can be a great time to have your house or business professionally pressure washed. The mild temps and favorable weather conditions usually make this a wise time of the year.
Fall 2023 was no different as September is usually one of our busier months of the year. We will usually continue washing until around Thanksgiving, so there’s still time to be put on the schedule.
